    1.) Payment Terms 
     

     
  • Prices are NOT Inclusive of Local Postage Fee.
     
  • Prices are INCLUSIVE  of Shipping Fee.
     
  • No payment= No order.
     
  • We only accept payment through POSB ATM Transfers / Internet Banking.
     
  • The payment must be made within 3 days to Toxic Luna Savings Account after my confirmation of your order or otherwise your order will be void.
     
  • I will email you the account number to be transferred to for security reason. Please drop me an email or SMS after you made the transfer, indicating the order ID number, so that i can verify payment received.

    2.)Confirmation of Orders
     
     

     
  • All confirmation of orders will be done strictly though email.
     
  • Orders will be process when it reaches the above batch item orders/ending spree date


    • 3.)After Payment
     
     

     
  • No cancellation of orders or refund of payment once payment has been made to Toxic Luna.
     
  • Refund of payment will only occur when availability of stock changed to zero due to Supplier's side stock.


    • 4.)Arrival of Goods
     
     

     
  • Estimated time: 2-6weeks (depending on the availability of stock and due to unforeseen circumstances.)
     
  • All confirmed purchases are non-refundable or ex-changeable,unless stated.
     
  • I will not be liable for any defects in item because this is the Supplier's fault.
     
  • Please note that goods might arrive earlier/ be delayed upon payment to the Supplier.
     
  • Do not submit your orders to Toxic Luna if you cannot afford to wait.
     
  • Upon receiving of goods from Supplier, I will ship out your items within 2 working days as I need time to sort and pack them accordingly so your patience will be deeply appreciated! :)


    • 5.)Local or Registered Mail or Meet-up
     
     

     
  • Mass Meet-up is ONLY done in CCK/AMK(MRT stations) at my convenience after items arrive. Please do not stood me up!
     
  • I will not refund in the event where SingPost loses his/her package via normal mail.
     
  • Please opt for registered mail if you fear for such incident to happen.In this case,please top up $2.24 on top of normal postage fee.


    •   [IMPORTANT:To prevent shrinking,strictly do not dry your cotton material clothings in the dryer!This is a common mistake made by people who uses dryer to dry their clothes,this rule applies to all clothings.This information is provided by professional Laundry shops.]
